I’m toying with the idea of a dropper for a cx bike (31.6 post) reckon an under the seat would be fine rather than a remote as don’t plan to be changing all the time like I do on the mtb. Also think a post with one or two positions would be fine. Ideally won’t weigh the same as a boat anchor either.

    Anything match that spec?

ks dropzone, had mine over a year now no problems, had 3 reverbs prior to that all failed after a couple of months but all replaced under warrenty, just got fed up of the hassle. KS currently £125 at bike-discount.
    Cannot recommend enough.http://www.bike-discount.de/en/shop/adjustable-in-height-369

I’d recommend that you stick with a remote one!

Or at least buy one that can be converted to a remote…

Crotch grab HiLo all the way for me. HiLo remotes are a PITA to keep running well and it’s nice to not have the cable on the bike.
