Anyone got a pair of levers so that I can run a pair of Midge bars with my cable disc brakes? Something like DiaCompe 287V, Tektro RL520, Cane Creeks, etc. Or even just some recommendations or advice.

Are those not levers for V brakes? Avid do a BB7 and BB5 for use with road brake levers. Then you could run STIs, assuming that you have gears.
