Had an eye test yesterday. I need new lenses.
Driving is a bit of an exercise in endurance now, due to the intensity of light from the new breed of car headlights and DRLs in both daytime and night time and in dry conditions (obviously more so in the wet).

Initial research suggests that ordinary AR (anti-reflective) coating offered on new glasses isn’t that effective, and ordinary (prescription) sunglasses won’t do.

What other options might you cultured and tasteful lot suggest based on similar experience? Polarized lenses? Tinted lenses?
    Please advise…and sensibly too, please.
