    That must be so annoying! I feel sick/nausea when I get too tired and I can hardly eat. Nobody believes me!

    Considered taking an iron supplement? Only anecdotal evidence but since I started taking one in the run-up to donating blood I don’t get RLS afterwards. Can easily see a long day out on the bike doing similar.

    (Also – do you take any hayfever medicine / anti-histamines when out on the bike, ‘cos there’s a tenuous link between those and RLS too)
