Buying new Fox F120's soon to replace some OEM 2007 RL 120 off an old bike – told one mate who didn't seem to have any issues (Mate2). Spoke to another (Mate1) and his words to him (Mate2) were:

"have you heard about the new Forks"
"Yes"
"Why does he want those?"
"Its his money and he's selling other stuff to put towards them"
"He's got loads of money there"

Why when you study till you are 25, get a professional degree and Diplomas (This is not showing off BTW !!) then work hard, have quite a tresssfull job and have to keep your professional fees and professional status going on conferences and courses do people still stick the knife in and keep going on about how much money you earn etc etc?

For what it's worth, I've followed a similar path as you, earn good money and still couldn't justify those forks. 😉

At 25 I had loooooads of money. At 35 I have money, (just), I wouldn't worry about it. By the time you have kids & a mortgage you'll be just as skint as everyone else.
