    Thinking of buying a second hand camera that was bought from jessops in November 2009, will the warranty still be valid? thanks.

    Depends…generally original puchaser only AFAIK

    Your contract will be with Jessops anyway so they'll have to handle any any faults

    Warranties are almost universally reserved for the original purchaser of the item.

    Warranties are almost universally reserved for the original purchaser of the item.

    Although worth checking – some companies let you transfer warranty (Dell do for their laptops for example)
