    Does anyone have any recommendations for any do it all type spd shoes?
    I’m looking something for the daily commute that’s comfortable/flexible enough to walk into the office, but could also do the job on the mtb. Any suggestions appreciated, cheers.

    I use AM45s sometimes don’t change out of them at work

    I’m liking my Giro Rumble shoes. On the casual side of things. Specialized Cadet also worth a look.
