Just picked up a used cannondale trigger with lefty fork. Always hated riding with a pack so try to store tools etc on my person or bike. Pretty allergic to saddle bags too, aesthetically.

I see cannondale do a ‘head wrench’ multi tool that fits in the steerer tube but a. the tools aren’t exactly what I want and b. Can’t seem to find one anywhere.

Any suggestions on a diy route? Small thin multi tool/patches etc in pipe lagging wedged in??..

I managed to find an off-the-shelf frame bag that fits my medium Trigger 29er pretty much perfectly, which means I only need a pack now for long rides. I have a feeling the aesthetics might offend you though 🙂

Personally I find a waist pack is a good compromise so I use one of them.
