Any recommendations for repairing and protecting plaster wall corners? Have a couple in exposes places which have split. I bought some metal ridged tape but seems more meant for inward corners when actually plastering. Best to use plastic edging?

The metal tape is fine for external corners in a house. I suppose a plastic bead might be better if the corner is likely to take lots of repeated knocks but it’ll be a lot more effort to fit. Got a load here left over if you want a couple of lengths and are anywhere near Bristol.

Metal thin coat beads,I was/am a plasterer and they give a better edge than plastic. Tape is pish, avoid.
