Hi all,
I bought some parts from a breakers over the phone, they are no good but I was promised a refund in this case when I bought them. Also, today the payment appeared on my online banking, and the price was £164.50 as apposed to £105 that I was told on the phone. So I called and politley requested a refund and return address, but they seem reluctant, and talked of a 'credit note'.
Has anybody else had a problem like this? What can I do if they refuse a refund? I might be worring a little early, but they didn't inspire confidence!
