    Hi all,

Frame has internal cable routing, so going to slip some rubber tubing over the brake/gear/dropper cables to stop them rattling.

So I need to disconnect the hoses, but obviously won’t be shortening them (all the stuff I’ve found from searches has been about shortening the hose, and I’m at work so can’t watch the youtube tutorials!).

With the SLX brakes (new shape) – I’m pretty sure if I push the caliper pistons right in, I should be able to disconnect the hose without any issues and without having to re-bleed.

Is there a way of doing the same with a Reverb? I don’t have a bleed kit with me…

    Thanks,

    Duane.
