Has anyone thought of an ingenious way to fix rims with small dings in them, which will no longer seal a tubeless tyre on? Seems a shame to chuck the rim with such minor damage. Anyone tried filing/sanding down the area?

Got a fairly brand new Arch EX with a small ding maybe 3mm deep, and am cosntantly getting sprayed with latex through it.

Shifting spanner over the offending area and gradually pull into line

I used the end of the chain tool on my multi-tool, which happened to be just about the right width and bent it back into shape, worked a treat. Unscrewed the chain tool bit and used the bit labelled “2”.

yup, I just straighten mine with an adjustable wrench then tap any irregularities out with a hammer and block of wood. works fine.
