I do 4 hours every 2 weeks and it destroys me 😆 It’s not the digging, it’s the barrowing, aaargh, I hates me the barrowing

    I do a bit.

I move a few branches and logs that have been placed across the trails in Broxbourne woods.

    Does that count?

dug djs for years, not any more though. was always a good workout.
making single track is a lot easier, just takes a long time to ride in.

when i dug my dj’s it took me weeks barrowing sand up the hill. they are dug 2-3 ft down too so they dont erode in the wind on the hill
