I have just bought an air compressor from a local garden centre which is the model that I think Aldi were selling recently (Powercraft 2.5hp) and I have a couple of questions about it.

1. did it come with any oil in as mine appears to be totally empty?

2. Is there actually an element in the air filter as I've opened mine up and it is empty save for a small piece of metal covering the intake hole

mine came with both oil and separate air filter ie had to install

mine had oil, though the packaging suggested not
can't remember about air filter

Hi righty, mine has a separate filter but when I removed the wing nut and cover it is empty, no element (i.e foam or paper) is yours the same?

Mine came with both oil and filter. Had to put the oil in though.

I had to put the air filter onmine, I think the oil filter was aleady on, serpantly not touched it.

Anyone got a decent inflator gun thing? Mine was from halfrauds but the connectors a bit sh1t, losing air when using Scraeder to Presta adaptor.

I've just got one of these Prestaflator I ordered it on Sat from the States and it arrived this morning!!!!!

Haven't tried it yet (obviously) but will report back when I have.
