After about 200 miles of riding my Ario popped a seal today. I can see the air can external o-ring has expanded out of its seat. The shock is comfortably in warranty but I’d rather not be without it for ages if it just needs an o-ring swop. I can only find the full service kit online and I don’t fancy paying £50 for it!

Anyone out there know the size of the external air can o-ring?

I went out this morning to remove the o-ring to see if the local hydraulics firm had a spare and it had “shrunk” back into place. I whipped the shock out, loosened the can, smoothed it around and reassembled. Popped in 150psi and all seems well. I’ll check the pressure later.
