Looking at this page it appears that you can have the frame in a choice of 2 top-tube lengths for a given seat-tube length.

Is this the case or am I missing something?

I think mike has altered the bike sizing I'm sure he will be along soon.

He has! Seem to remember he's going up to 23.25" on the big size, and 21.25? on the small.

Decision made if that's the case!

I think it's 22.25" on the small and it now has a 16" seattube not a 15.5".

Just confirmed the new colours as translucent red and Kawasaki green.

My 15.5"/21" is a bit too short me thinks, and I may be on the 'dog and bone' to Mike tomorrow for a new longer one.
