    The chocolate cake is better. Sunny days in the summer are good for sitting by cafe and watching totty. Dave in cycle shop is an aquired taste! Ace wheel builder though. He can lace and true a wheel by feel as he watches the totty.
    Trail wise the downhill are is being buggered about by those who want to sanitise it but there is still plenty of raw ground to play with. Bring an OS map and realise that the Forest revolves around the cross roads and as long as you don't cross other roads you are not lost.

    Awesome riding, except for on the7th March as there's a horse ride around there. Doesn't affect 'Dowies' though (sp?)

    It won't indeed as they are felling there so it covered logs!!

    FOD Trails are to be taking shaken and not stirred. Bumpy in places 2:1* should see you right.
    Give me a shout when you're coming down Rich and I'll show you some good stuff if you like.

    *Or equivalent
