    Has anyone done it? I was looking to build up a trail bike for a 7 yo from a DJ frame. Is it a bit like fitting disc brakes to a non disc frame? Google shows me this. Any help or advice welcome.

    yes, with one of those DMR chain tug dropouts you linked to, works fine.

    I’ve done it on a Dartmoor shine.. I used a hanger which slotted in the dropout.. Worked fine
