  • Deore external BB for XT 770 chainset?

    Any reason why not? I had to borrow the SWIMBO's Deore BB at the weekend as my XT was FUBARed and I was riding the next day. £10 cheaper to just buy another Deore one rather than go XT. They seemed pretty similar holding them in my hands.

    Anything reason to spend that extra tenner?

    I just recently got one, seems to work fine so far. Maybe not quite sealed up the same, I guess I'll see. But XT'd have to be 50% better to justify the spend, I'll be surprised if it is.
