I've heard there's a Monday and a Thursday ride in Delamere Forest. Anyone know what time and where set off?

After a year of trying I've yet to make it there on time, so invariably have ended up doing an 8pm no-idea-where-the-good-stuff-is-or-how-to-get-out ride, should that tickle yer fancy!
Might have to try again tomorrow night……
