Been here a few times for Sunday lunch when visiting parents http://www.nant-ddu-lodge.co.uk/
Nice food but service is slow and you’ll need to book at peak times
The Bear in Crickhowell is supposed to be good though but not been there myself http://www.bearhotel.co.uk/restaurant.phtml

The White Swan in llanfrynach is nice. Not cheap, but we’ve always felt the food is worth it.

We generally then go to the White hart or the Star in Talybont the next night for a burger ‘n’ chips.
