I’m after a set for my Blur LT to replace some early revelations, what would be a good bet, XC riding mostly with the odd jump and drop. Second hand or new I’m not too fussed all good forks are tapered now but I’m not replacing the frame yet. Any ideas please?

You haven’t said wheelsize or travel, but I’m guessing 26 and 140 mm ish so:

Magura Thors are good. I picked up a very good condition second hand pair for £150 last year (in fact might be selling them after we’ve moved house) 140mm travel, light, stiff, lockout, and you can drop the travel for climbing. 20mm axle though.

Old style Pike 454s. Great fork. £100-£150 for a perfectly serviceable example on th’bay last time I was looking.
