    I've been running DB spokes on my XT/719 disk rims and i'm changing the hub to a pro 2, because of the locknuts keep coming loose and the hub now statring to get a bit rough.

    Are DB spokes worth the extra and will i notice a difference using PG ones?

    You will notice notice no difference bar a little weight loss and fewer breaks

    Yes they are worth the extra – better overall build IMO.

    Built my 819 with PG normally use DB, time will tell, Seem ok after a weeks battering in the Lakes and Wales at the weekend…
