    The daughter goes to the ex’s mom every other Sunday. So here I am with a new road bike and a cracking weather forecast ready for a few miles when I get the dreaded phone call come through.

    As a “single” parent I have more than enough time thanks. It would be nice to get out on my tod once in a while.
