Argh!! I’ve got this Halfords cycle to work voucher for £1000 (all paid up) but what I really want is to buy a £1500 bike (Cube Agree GTC), can anyone think of a way around the voucher limit restriction???

I’m thinking the only way is to buy a different bike and then sell it on!

Not on the halford’s scheme it is a strict £1000 limit from what I can tell. The cyclescheme definately seems like the better one. I’ve actually paid all the money for the voucher and a final payment for a non-existant bike so it’s not a question of ownership as I keep getting told, annoying it is, i’ve had it for over a year now!

I thought the voucher expired after a complete financial year

They renew them and send you a different one with a new expiry date.

😆 at the sanctimonious ****. As others have said, you need to use a decent LBS and top up. Sounds like it may be too late though.

Yeah, I was kind of hoping that someone might suggest a decent LBS that would help me out tbh.

On-one did it for me, but that was 2 years ago. Worth asking though if they have anything you fancy.
