I rode across a golf course on Saturday (legally…). Does that count?

I often ride round the edge of the local golf course. I wouldn’t do it, but I like the idea of leaving a big long skid on the green of the nr 5 hole. It reminds me of fresh snow that needs footprints in it.

I rode across a golf course a few weeks back (on a row, of course) It runs through a slight valley with the fairway at 90 degrees so going down from tee to fairway, and then uphill again to the green. With not a soul in sight, I was this -> <- close to drawing a big cock and balls on the uphill bit in the morning dew so it was visible from the elevated tee.

    Maybe next time.

I like the climb on the Long Mynd that goes up through the golf course. I seem to get winged at much less then anywhere else on the hills. I think golfers prefer bikers to walkers as they take less time to get out of the way. I got shouted at once when I unwittingly stopped for a rest in front of some golfers Teeing off.
