    Going next year fir a week around the festival time but staying elsewhere. Is this any off road bits or shall I take a road bike ?

    Rather flat unless you go up to Cheddar / Mendips!

    40mins from Quantocks by car or as said above Mendips.Roads are quiet through the Somerset levels.Wedmore etc/Wells.

    Thanks for the kind offer Buzz but I can’t stray far from Glastonbury as its a family outing.Hopefully one day I will make it down that way !!!! Likewise if you or others are down Brighton / Worthing way then drop me a line…

    Burrington Combe is about 30 minute drive from Glasto. If you cant, then bring a road bike as some really quiet country roads in the area.
