After following someone over a smallish step, chickening out, and falling off (as usual) , I have decided to persuade Mrs Dancake to buy me a training course for Xmas.

The FOD course is perfect for me as it is a drive there/ drive home job but was wondering if anyone has done it and what their experiences are?.

I want to do the Singletrack Skills course which should help me get off the brakes in these situations!
