    I’m always intrigued intrigued by the number of people on a cycling mountain bike forum who say they are too scared to ride on the road.

    I’m not, I hate riding on the road.

    And having ridden with you I guess you may walk the fire road 😛

    Just a thought…

    If you were born & raised in an Alpine town, you could probably become a WC level Downhiller without ever cycled through a city or on busy roads.

    Just as much as you could win the TDF never knowing what pivot to run.
