    I’m looking at setting up a cycle to work scheme at my company. Most of the examples online talk about the employee saving VAT, income tax and employee’s NI, with the employer benefitting from not paying 12.8% employer’s NI.

    Is there any reason why the employer can’t pass that saving on to the employee?
