Hi all,
Heading up to ride at Cwmcarn this weekend. I’ve never been there before, but I’ve heard that new trails have been built.
I new the Twrch trail and the DH were always there, but can anyone tell me anything about what they’ve actually built up / whether it is finished or not and what is/isn’t worth riding?
We’re not doing the DH as my friend only has 120mm of travel, so not ideal really.

Is there any better riding nearby, I’ve heard of a few sneaky trails around that neck of the woods, and was wandering if there are any must rides?

Some sections of twrch closed at the moment. They’ve been doing trail maintenance too and smoothed over some nice bumpy sections. Not sure about any new trails open yet. Plenty of trails in the local woods if you know where they are

Hit machen it’s better. You can do the downhill on cwmcarn with 120m travel

New trails aren’t going to be opening until later in the year, they have been doing maintenance though.
