Well the time has come to replace the Custom Insole I had made from someone at one of the cycle shows, they were top dollar and I have had nothing to compare them against.
So I am now out for opinions should I pay though the nose for some more Custom Insole or are there some good of the shelf ones to fit in my new Hitec Magnum work boots.

If an impression or a mould of your foot was taken, you should be able to order more through the same practitioner, straight from the orthotic maunfacturers themsselves (as our NHS patients do if they want more of the same or spares for different shoes) – if they still have your records. there are loads of insoles available off the shelf – but not knowing your foot-type I would nor reccoment you try any.

If you had to get them made, the chances are you will probable have to go down that road again.

Sole softec insoles are pretty good.. You heat them in the oven first and mould to your feet.
Have bought a few pairs on eBay for £20 a pair.
