currently lying in bed trying to work out where to go for a ride this morning an quite fancy wharncliffe. Anyone been up recently in the past couple of days? Is it muddy, sloppy, death-fest at the moment or holding up ok? Many trees down from the high winds this week? Could ride up and have a look, but fancy an extra half hour in bed!

Last time I was up was last Sunday. It was OK then mudwise. Ive seen stuff on facebook of lots of trees down in greno though (steel city, bombhole etc) so I would say theres bound to be some down in wharny as well

Abigale was supposed to be meeting her Uni buddies today to ride in Greno and Wharncliffe but its been cancelled due to the high winds that we have had all week blowing trees down onto the trails
