Looking at routes back from loop of Walna Scar back to Coniston.

Does any one know how much of the Cumbria Way along the western shore of Coniston is rideable? Specifically the section from Cockenskell, past Beacon tarn to Tottlebank.

Prone to being very boggy in places, but rideable (I imagine ;))

Which way are you doing WS? Is this going north or south?

That whole area, including the usual route over Woodland Fell, will be a tad damp at present.
