My gym recently got some stages spin bikes, if you put a usb stick in you can save the workout.

If being doing the tour of Sufferlandria this week and only got round to uploading the data to strava, but its in an unsupported file format (csv so i can see the figures are there in excel) so i’ll need to convert it. Is there are an online tool that can do this?

From searching it seems golden cheetah to do it is this worth downloading and easy to use?

gpsbabel probably can do it (works on most platforms, and can do an awful lot).

gpsvisualizer.com probably would too (it’s a website that basically runs gpsbabel in the background)

Yeah it comes up as a stationary trainer ride rather than an actual ride (there are no gps coordinates).Ive only used them a few times so far but apart from the difficulty uploading data the bikes are pretty good, power is accurate, good position set up too – more along the lines of wattbike than a normal spin bike
