Ive just fitted my new delore 9 speed casette and now i have a strange clicking crunching noise when i pedal hard.
This noise dosent happen on the bike stand.

I haven’t changed the chain and the noise wasnt there before.

Anybody help?

Change the chain, then middle ring.

Then it’s the rear hub 🙁

have you checked how worn teh chain is?
do you a have a chain wear checker? shouldbe less than 1% wear, any more and your old chain will struggle with your new cassette.

i think its probually my chain its been on over 1 year. The casette how tight do i put it on ?

Until is clicks abit with the special tool, should be enough.
