I used to laugh at the adverts warning (selling?) me the stuff, but now I actually can't go to sleep without having a bowlful. When I wake up it's the first thing I think of. Where can I turn for help?

I suggested to Mrs XC-Stev a while ago we should get some as she doesn't eat breakfast much… two days later no milk left and no crunch nut left… wife didn't eat any… someone must have broken in 😆

Yep, have a box of those too. Not quite as addictive as they're possibly too crunchy. I'm a fan of mildly soggy ones.

I have never eaten breakfast (unless it was left-over pizza or lasagne) for a decade. No I can't miss my crunchy nut, I don't get it!

When I used to eat brekky with 7 spoonfuls, no, I was lean and fit. It's only when I stopped breakfasting and exercising that I became a little more weight-challenged, but even so I'm not exactly "large" lol.
