Just got a great second hand cross bike, trek A01, Chris king headset, frogs legs brakes, Thomson seat post, ultregra group set, mavic wheels.

However the bars are so small in width, any recomdations? What widths are best?

What do you have at them moment? Cross bars are just road bars, so only really the choice of 38-46cm.

Looks like normal bars, though are 31.8 mm I think in diameter.

i was going to try luxy bars on my cx (if i could find some) or some midge bars failing that. i luxy bars are great, already have a pair on my 29er.
