one of my many weaknesses I’m afraid. I have conservatively estimated an average of 8 packets a week 🙁

    Cannae be good for me….

0 for me even though I like a few flavours I won’t eat them.

    Unless that’s 8 multipacks then that’s a mild weakness. That’s only a pack a day and 2 on a Saturday!

^^^ don’t eat them much at the weekend, but have managed 2 packets at my desk today….

I think I’ve had two or three packets this year…

Probably 6 individual packs a week, plus a dad sized share of any big bags of Doritos or whatever the family get through.

    Yes, I’m overweight.

2 smaller bags (multipack size) a week I guess.
Biscuits are much more of a nemesis.
Gradually succeeding in replacing with healthier snacks, but slow going.
With 248hrs on the bike so far this year and a BMI of 19 i’m generally not stressing too much about it.

1 in every pack lunch, sometimes one on a weekend. I would not consider 8 a week a huge amount. It depends on the rest of your diet and lifestyle

The only time I eat crisps is when I order a sandwich and they put a few on the side of the plate. I don’t dislike them but i prefer biscuits and scones. 8 packs a week is not excessive if the rest of your diet is ok.

Two small multipack bags of minicheddars a day mon-Thurs so 8 a week.
I could eat lots more but I try to resist.
Physical, active job & currently riding 100 miles a week so not too worried.

not trying, or needing, to lose weight, just conscious of wanting to clean up the diet a little so have been having a look at things. Not much of a sweet tooth, so not many biscuits !

About 15 packets, the aren’t bad if you have a plan to use the energy are they?

Four or five packs of mini cheddars a week which I’m hoping is a healthier alternative. Hopefully.

1 or 2. In the past has been 7-10 bad habit with office vending machine.

Probably 7-10 a week. That’s not the whole picture though; I have been known to binge eat a whole family size pack of red doritos in the course of about half an hour. With that sudden sugar/salt hit its a wonder I’m not dead diabetic…

    I’m not proud.

    10. Buy a few multipacks of kettle crisps.
    20. Eat a few multipacks of kettle crisps.
    30. Don’t buy multipacks of kettle crisps.
    40. Go to 10.

    (So about 40 a month)

Depends if I go to the pub or not. If so, 2 or 3, if not then 0. A bag of cheese and onion with a beer is a treat.

One packet a week, maybe two. Depends if I end up having to buy lunch when working.

    I’m more a nuts man 😆

Part of my attempt to lose the belly I’ve been building over the past few years has seen me cut out bread wherever possible and also replace crisps, which I bloody love, with ‘penance crisps’ as I call them, or vegetable crisps as the wife (and Waitrose) refer to them.
They are nowhere near as nice so I’ve successfully reduced a 10-20 pack per week habit to maybe 1 or 2.
Now when I do sneak a packet of sweet chilli, or decent s&v it’s like an alky finding a bottle of vodka.

Rarely buy crisps as the general public only like bland flavours so that’s all a lot of shops sell, especially smaller ones.

I love crisps, so only buy them at weekends. I’d be enormous if I ate as many as I liked.

Love them, but I won’t buy them anymore as I just eat the whole lot in one go.

Those big packs, like Sensations or Kettle or like well, the Kettle copies that are all better than Kettle now, you know – they sell them for £1! I can’t buy them cos I’ll eat the whole bag in one go.

Minimum of 5 bags a week. More likely 10+ though.

My metabolism is letting me get away with it far.

One day I’ll be fat, until that day I’ll trough on!

Multi-pack = one serving, divided up into stupid bags

Family size = one serving in a proper bag

One regular size bag of crisps = just a tease.

TBH, any junk food I buy is one serving; I will eat it until I feel sick. I can’t have it in the house as I have no self control.

Often I will go to the shop just to buy snacks for that evening. Storing them overnight is just not possible.

Oh and in a bad week I have been known to eat 4 or maybe 5 family sized bags of crisps.

My skinny genetics are not going to last forever…………….
