My bike got properly soaked last week and now the suspesion creaks like a gate in a gale.

Coincidence, or have I washed all the juice out of it?

next time it creaks, slosh some water on the bearings and if it goes silent, get the bearings replaced.

Had this happen on mine – changed the bearings then 1 week later cracked the frame!

i had same prob m8 , (mongoose teocali)replaed the swingarm bearings, noise still there , turned out to be my seat was fubared, and making the creaks and grones.
