    my joplin has developed some up and down motion to go with the usual side to side play.

    Whats the best place to get it serviced?

    They're not too hard to service yourself. Refilling the oil and purging the air is "a bit" tricky – more trial and error than anything else – but certainly doable. A syringe and a bit of tube are useful.
