I currently run 175mm but I’m not sure if this is the right size as I get a fair few pedal clips on the rocks etc

Can anyone advise, have Googled but not sure

There is no “right size” whatever works for you. I used to get loads of pedal strikes with mine because it has a low bb so shorter cranks might help

    Flat pedals? Put SPD’s on.

Put less sag on the shock.

How tall are you – more relevant for crank length.

Low BB height on the Whytes which will exacerbate the crank clipping. Going to 170’s will help slightly, but only real way to cure it is to work on your technique and don’t pedal where you don’t need to.

I’m 6ft 2, so I’m guessing keeping the Crank arms long will help
