I think it was filmed near St Ives. The guys helmet is falling off the back of his head.Shouldnt it be Ben Fogle giving him tips? Bens riding position looked far better before the guy started telling what to do.

Getting tips from Ben Fogle? Wasn’t he the guy the ambulance picked up at the Fincastle turn on the Etape Caledonia this year? That was the first downhill turn of the event.

Ben Fogle was quite rubbish to be honest. The other guy probably should have demonstrated what he meant rather than give him 15 seconds of verbal advice, because Ben certainly didn’t look at all convincing going down the rocky descent and nearly went over the handlebars! I’m loved watching it though because at least it means I’m better than Ben Fogle at something!!
