    I hope his rucksack sitting on the back is very heavy, or the moment he hits a pothole he's going over the bars.

    Also why on earth does it have what appears to be a rudder?

    Surely it's a recumbent seat for the person who could sit underneath? Looks like there are other pedals below the rider perched on top…so at a guess the other person (the stoker???) would sit in a recumbent position and just crank the pedals…

    Or it's there to support the bar the top rider's saddle is attached to…

    Are there any pictures with the lower deck stoker aboard?

    The "rudder" looks like it might be a sidecar attachment maybe. That would be very, very cool.

    The rudder looks like a stabliser for then he stops, otherwise stopping at traffic lights would be 'interesting'
