Nice, welcome to the club, what chain guide are you getting?

Thats just the stairs for the East qwing Jamie!!
No it doesn't need black forks, white looks much better and i like the "inner tube" wrapped round the fork crown.

Seems to work in keeping some of the mud off my coupon anyway.

Not sure what chain guide and bash im getting tbh, still considering my options and wondering if i need the bash!

Very nice. You'll love the way it rides.

You will need something to keep the chain on far more than you'll need a bash guard. The first sign of speed over rocks and you'll loose the chain.

Yeah that was my thinking geetee. Was thinking about just getting a tacho job for the top. Any recommendation?

I wanted an orange one when I built mine, but Mrs North only approved the purchase if I got a black one.

But, it's had six years of (ab)use, so maybe it's time for a respray….

Looks very nice. I’m liking the orange Sram stuff too!

    They are great bikes.

36t, I reckon you will feel that on any long steep climbs. Get fit or get walking 😀

I’ve been weighing up a change to a 1 x 10 on mine with a Gamut P20 chain device and bash.

I’m on my 2nd one, they are great bikes

Bike Evolution 4 – outshopped yesterday from Eighteen in Hope. Been waiting for the forks before showing it off. Unfortunately the mag beat me to the punch with the 140 version in the latest issue so its a bit old news. This one’s a large and 27lb on the nose in just for riding around guise. Prob going to drop down to a 90mm stem and go up to EA70 bars but cant afford it just yet.

No problem to me realman, ill manage up the climbs with a 36 tooth chainring.

Im glad you never ran off with it finners, maybe when i ride it off road you can take it…
