    Currently running the Roadrat as a sort of fixed 29er and finding it an absolute blast.

    I’ve got Schwalbe Smart Sams in I think 45mm.

    Does anyone know of anything of similar or slightly larger size with a more agressive tread?

    Could go a bit bigger on the front but not much to play with at the back.

    Interesting.

    I found a post about these tyres from about a year ago on here but couldn’t find them on the Cotic site.

    Do you know what they are called? And will they really fit in the back?

    Sorry, meant to add the link. They’re Bontrager XCX, Cotic do them with tyres & tubes for £60.

    Bonty Jones XR 1.8 fit in the back. Just. £16 notes from JE James. Quite psyched try it now!
