Delias is by far the best recipe. A regular in our house. Would you argue with this woman…?

    Boil the tatties

    cut into bite size pieces

chop up onion ( start frying onion )

    Add Tatties and Corned Beef.

Fry the hell out of it with not too much oil ( lots of burnt bits )

Try hard to to add anything else I have tried adding loads of extra stuff and it’s never as good as the Nude version.

Eat..Large plate of the stuff, Brown sauce and a couple of slices of Brown bread and butter.

I like frying everything separately then smashing it into an oven proof dish and baking for a while. Crispy top smooth underneath, serve with a couple of fried eggs on top

Lots of butter melting into the hash and a couple of fried eggs on the side.

Plonk some Reggae sauce into it. Finish off with a lid over the top made out of shortrust pastry. Bang in the oven. As above, HP Sauce.

    Its the nuts.

    Actually had this last night.
    One of my signature dishes

    Gets the spuds on….,

7-8 mins before they are ready

Fry corned beef in a bit of butter for 5 mins
    Crumble in veg stock cube
    Few squirts tomato purée
Add large chopped onion and cook for another 2-3 mins
Use more onion than you think looks right and only lightly cook so it is still firm – this adds a nice texture to the final dish.

Pour beef into a oven dish.
    mash spuds with milk+butter
    Cover beef with mash

Grate 1/2 block cheddar and cover potato
    Oven for 30mins

Serve with loads of brown sauce.
