I’m running a project at work. We’ve decided on a company to build us a customised version of Salesforce. I need to get a contract/statement of work/service level agreement written up, but it seems my work doesn’t have one and they’ve never used one before? Their proposal was pretty comprehensive but was lacking in SLAs which I want to have in place.

Anyone got a good resource for a template to work from?
