    I can’t see the UCI and WADA not appealing if they Spanish federation lets him off and doesn’t ASO have a clause they can deny a rider entry to their events if he’s under review for a doping offence?

    Surely the moment he enters either French or Italian territory he’ll be arrested for doping offences?
    He is going to go down, just not sure when…
