    Heading up to Gisburn for the first time tomorrow, can anyone tell me what the conditions are like up there?

    It always drains quite well. Last time I went up when most of the valleys were flooded near by it was still ok. One or two very small sections were 2ft deep in water and muddy but that just adds to the fun!
